
What is kinesiology?
All psychological imbalances, emotional problems, whether temporary or chronic, those lead to physical imbalance. It can appear in hormone systems, in behavioural disorders, in feeling of anxiety, or in even panic attacks. In 1964 George Goodheart aligned to the muscle testing with meridians that are the energy system of Chinese acupuncture. Muscle test serves a biofeedback of the body to show the unconscious stress and the problems which causes imbalances.
Kinesiology is an ability and skill and personal development methodology. It is method based on muscle testing, which helps us to release the stress effects that we are suffering from. When we find the exact place of stress, the connected emotional reasons often disappear as well. The muscle test as a biofeedback of our body helps us to find and understand the root of our problems. One of the bad effect of stress is that traumas and negative occurrences engraves in our cells and shoot out unexpectedly anytime. They can shoot out in similar situations, either in totally different situations or happenings. This is a sort of unconscious survival mechanism that results in “kick or run” natural response without weighing up on certain situations. This natural response hinders the ability to use internal resources (e.g.: sober and calm thinking).
Kinesiology helps us to stop responding automatically in stress situations. The methods resolve our hampered thinking with balancing the brain and body energy and make our problem-solving strategies workable again. Releasing old stress experiences allows us to realize and exploit new opportunities in our lives.
