The primary goals of EDU-Kinesiology are learning ability development and mental performance enhancement.

The method is invented by Dr. Paul Dennison, who has developed most of the balance processes. In 1969, Dennison created the method which improved students' reading skills. He recognized that learning difficulties and disabilities raise when the smooth flow of information is hindered between the right and left hemispheres. He developed corrections to solve this problem and to release the blocks between the two hemispheres.

EDU-Kinesiology assumes that personal challenges are similar to other people, but solutions are completely different and individual. The EDU-K balance helps to identify personal goals and to reach them. Positive changes appear in better capacity utilization, in meaningful learning and in advanced self-awareness.

During the sessions, we identify the problem as accurately as possible and we determine the purpose of the session. We find the exact thing that is stressful during learning or working.

Brain Gym, OBO and In Depth balances help to release negative learning experiences of early childhood that caused learning problems. The balance helps in concentration and facilitates the flow of information between the brain areas, so that we can achieve maximum performance.

With muscle test we state the proper kinesiology to method for the balance. We also test the reinforcement exercises to complete at home after the sessions. Sessions help to develop our abilities, and makes the learning process or working are effective and stress less.

Uniquely among other kinesiology systems, any EDU-K method is capable to solve any obstacles in learning. It helps us to structure own learning style and strategies and to create the most beneficial learning environment according to the priorities of the individual.

We can experience changes 2-3 weeks after a session.
