What is happening during kinesiology treatment?

Problem definition for that we will work on. The kinesiologist exerts a light pressure on a client’s arm which gives strong or weak muscle tone respond to questions or statements. The muscles of the arm store information in a cellular level, so that we can identify the feelings that are the real cause of the problem. Then we carry out the energetic and or emotional correction to release the negative effect (the feeling) that caused the problem and we restore the physical, mental and emotional balance. Corrections are selected from a wide range of portfolio based on the current situation and the best possible solution. The purpose of the session is to promote the clients towards self-reliance and self-realization.

 

How does kinesiology help me?

We can change our viewpoints, give up our old bad habits and negative believes, so we can easily find a way to improve our lives. After the sessions you can see the relationships between your life events. You just realize that you look at the same things with different eyes. As soon as you understand the deep-rooted cause of your problems and resolve all the stresses on them, you no longer need to react instinctively and suffer from the negative effects of your previous automatic responses on a situation. By time, your objective will be to decide by all your own the way you react on a situation.

 

How does stress mechanism work?

When a stressful situation occurs, the stress experience is stored by each cell of our body. One of the bad effect of stress is that traumas and negative occurrences engraves in our cells and shoot out unexpectedly anytime. When we believe that we already forgot about the stressful situation and the emotions we recall the emotions in different situations again without being aware of it. This works regardless if the situation is different or not serious at all. The same fear and anxiety pop up again and automatically trigger the stress reaction and recall our emotions (e.g.: anger, harm, isolation, resentment, escape, suppression) even if it has negative consequences for us or for our environment. Stress hinders us in understanding and in seeing through clearly the particular life situation or a problem. This way it hinders us to solve effectively the current situation.

 

How can I recognize that I have been suffering from unsolved stress or constant anxiety that are suppressed for a long time?

Acute or chronic physical pain: backache, headache, stomach problems or digestive track appears or problems arise in: insulin, thyroid, blood pressure. Pain and problems are the alarm system of our body. Its function is to warn us and this way to protect us from the present stressors. Pain is a manifestation of unsolved stressors that we have been suffering from. We try to “treat” it with taking painkillers, but this is only a symptomatic treatment, it doesn’t treat the deep-rooted reasons of the pain.

 

How does the effect of kinesiology sessions appear in my life?

You experience self-awareness during your activities (work, learning) and in your relationships that you did not experience before. You develop strength and courage in yourself to advance your life and you are no longer blocked by negative belief systems. Old traumas, pains and fears don’t block you any more in developing your life. By using your inner power and creativity, you can make the right choices and you become opened to new opportunities.

 

How many times do we need to work on a problem?

A problem is usually related to several things, so at the time there is one priority problem, which we find by testing. Therefore, when we set the objective, we divide one specific topic into sub-goals. We usually need to work on a specific topic 3-5 times to get visible results.
Experience: a demolished sub-goal requires one balance if the proposed reinforcement exercises are properly performed.

It is important that the client has to take responsibility for his or her own development, to apply the conclusions we reached together and to use stress-dissolving techniques by on her/his own to improve own self-confidence, self-healing and self-improvement. Stress effects of problems that are suppressed and deep-rooted for many years only can be effectively solved step by step. In order to effectively cope with a deep central problem – which is the root of the problem - it is necessary to solve the surrounding problems at the first couple of sessions. The surrounding issues are the compensation of the central problem. Its function is to cover the real problem.

 

How can I measure the effectiveness of treatments?

Your self-confidence, self-awareness and ability to act increases significantly. You can clearly formulate your desires for yourself, consciously set goals and act to reach them. Your achievements will no longer be hampered by your old belief systems. You let go those habits and believes that don’t serve your development any more. You are aware that you can choose from many options. You are also aware that self-compassion doesn’t lead you anywhere. You make the change real by yourself.

Your relationship with yourself and the surrounding people (family, partnership, workplace) improves. Your vitality, energy level and your whole life quality improves. You raise your inner peace.

It is important for you to know that you build from your inner power. You don’t need sessions weekly for the same problem. Instead, you are able to walk your own path while looking at the causes and drawing conclusions. You are able to face new situations without sharing with me each details deeply, and you solve most of the problems yourself. It is not going to be a fixed program for years to deal with your day-to-day issues.

 

How early can I feel the effects of the sessions?

It is worthy to let 2-3 weeks to expire among sessions and the effect of a balance is fully integrated after 4-6 weeks of a session.
