Kinesiology
Kinesiology is a stress releasing method, as well as skills and personality development method.
We all struggle to meet the expectations of our lives and we also try to balance our lives at the same time.
This is an extremely difficult project, as we usually face multiple challenges for multiple goals at a time professionally and personally as well.
For instance moving abroad, job changes, privacy changes. A new life situation demands different efforts, new problem solving strategies from us to develop our life. The old problem solutions that we safely used in our comfort zone might be not effective enough after a certain change in our life. Developing new, different solutions strategies raise emotional stress response, that kinesiology helps to manage. It helps us to restore our inner balance, to diffuse positive feelings on our road without looking at the challenges as obstacles. Our choice is a balanced life. Only our own choice can be the success.
